Melis
I’m Refika Melis Ipek. While studying Political Science in Vienna, I returned home and started to study cuisine, which is my real passion. After receiving a comprehensive education about world cuisine and desserts, I had the chance to reinforce this education by working in many kitchens. Maybe soon, I’ll work in your kitchen, too.
